This is the second part of the issue a friend of mine is having regarding Microsoft Outlook Email Error Cannot Open Emails from Coworkers.
Its an issue wherein emails sent from coworkers or other people form the net cannot be opened by a user.

Back Story:
What’s Causing the Error
- Recent Office Update Issue: The error appears after updating to Office Current Channel Version 2510 Build 19328.20158. It affects both Outlook and Word, preventing emails or documents from opening properly.
- Formatting Command Glitch: The message “The text formatting command is not available” suggests a problem with how Outlook is accessing or rendering formatted content.
My friend was still having to deal with the same issue again, he contacted me just this morning saying the issue is still persisting on his machine. I told him he can either do the following to fix this issue, One, he can follow my rollback instructions for Microsoft office. Which is:

Microsoft recommends reverting to the previous Office version as a workaround:
1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator: – Press Windows + S, type cmd, right-click on Command Prompt, and choose Run as administrator.
2. Run the Revert Command: Paste this command into the prompt: ` cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun officec2rclient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.19231.20216 `
This will roll back Office to Version 2509 (Build 19231.20216), which doesn’t have the issue. 3. Restart Outlook: After the rollback completes, restart Outlook and try opening the emails again.
Two. He can then disable automatic updates for windows after reverting windows. He can needs to follow these steps to disable updates:
Disable Windows Update Service (More Permanent) This stops the update service entirely.
1. Press Win+R, type services.msc , and hit Enter
2. Scroll down to Windows Update
3. Right-click → Properties
4. Set Startup type to Disabled
5. Click Stop, then Apply

After following these steps hopefully the problem or issue will no longer be encountered.
